This is the latest ad for Lanvin. We guess they're advertising the jacket? Or necrophilia?

How creepy! We have so many questions!

Why is she naked? Why does she look like a portrait of her innards? Why do they both look like they're trying to unhinge their jaws and devour each other whole?
