TI's AKOO Clothing Sued Over Name
He just can't get away from legal problems!
T.I.'s clothing label AKOO is being sued by Chicago based social music TV network Akoo International for stealing their name.
In the suit, the TV execs claim they've had the Akoo trademark for years and are demanding the rapper stop using their brand name. Akoo insists TI is misleading and deceiving consumers and potential clients.
Umm, we're pretty sure their clients are smart enough to figure out that Akoo International and AkooClothing are completely different things, not to mention unrelated.
We're innerested to see how this plays out in court.
