Twilight Sues Over Bella Swan Jacket

So much for a big break!

Summit Entertainment, the studio behind Twilight is suing clothing company BB Dakota over their Bella Swan jacket.

Summit is accusing BB Dakota of copyright and trademark infringement and if they get their way the jacket will be no longer. On top of wanting them to stop selling the jacket, the studio is asking for all profits made and for BB Dakota to deliver all the unsold jackets so they can destroy them.

Ouch!

BB Dakota has yet to fire back at the claims, but the jacket is still available on their website so if you're wanting one you better buy it before they're gone!

Vice Magazine Attempts To Turn Famous Suicides Into A Glamorous Fashion Spread

There's a VERY fine line between art and a totally tasteless portrayal of suicide, and Vice magazine definitely straddled it with a fashion spread called "Last Words" in the their Women in Fiction issue.

The spread features models reenacting the suicides of famous writers, including Virginia Woolf, Dorothy Parker (who attempted suicide several times but ultimately died of a heart attack at 73), Charlotte Perkins Gilman, Sylvia Plath, Taiwanese author Sanmao, historian Iris Chang, and poet Elise Cowen.

Like any typical fashion story, the models' outfits were meticulously styled
