According to a report by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, there's just been another recall of children's jewelry.
Though this time it's related to charm bracelets and rings given out for free at doctor and dentist offices.
Apparently, over the past five years, more than 70,000 "Children's Happy Charm Bracelets" and rings were handed out. Unfortunately, they contained high levels of toxic metal cadmium.
Parents are being urged to throw out the contaminated jewelry.
Whatever happened to doctors handing out stickers and lollipops or a free toothbrush from the dentist?
