New York City To Recycle Clothes

Now here's a good idea.
Come this September, New York City residents will be able to dump off old clothes that will be recycled.
The new recycling program includes placing 50 clothing bins in high traffic areas in hopes to eliminate the 190,000+ tons of textiles that ends up in New York landfills each year.
And if all goes well in the Big Apple, the program could go nationwide.
Not a bad idea. We just hope people won't get lazy and end up tossing it like they usually do.
Thoughts???
