New images have been leaked from Madonna's various campaigns with Dolce & Gabbana BEFORE being heavily retouched.

Eh. It's not like we haven't seen this before.

The same thing happened when she posed for Louis Vuitton back in 2009.

KatyKat is the ultimate HAUTE farm girl in the Annie Leibovitz-lensed spread, reclining like a fairy princess in a wine-colored Zac Posen gown among bales of hay.

If you're a TRUE fan, you'll remember that the head honchos at Teen Vogue also put the pop princess in a straw-filled barn for their May 2012 issue.

Inneresting! What is it about Katy and hay that gets Vogue editors so fired up?

We don't know, but it gets our heart pumping as well! Ha!

In the rest of the spread, the 28-year-old gets rustic in Valentino with some chickens, leans seductively against a red barn wall, and picks turnips in a flower-splashed Dolce & Gabbana dress, all the while looking GORGEOUS!

We don't want to compare her to Snow White again, but that flawless skin, those raven locks -- the comparison just makes itself!
