Mary-Kate and Ashley say this collection will be more "public" than their previous ones. MKO explained:
"We'd sell the clothes through, I guess it would be, private appointments with our retailers and press. Everyone felt a personal connection between Ashley and I and the brand. We've always been present."
The sisters also stressed how much they're involved in the design process: "All of our fabrics are Italian and we make everything in the U.S. We control it. We get to nurture the product when it's here."
It's nice to hear that these two are actually "designing" their shiz, unlike some other designer wannabes.
