If you live in Hollywood and heard lots of high-pitched screams on Halloween, they were probably coming from the hundreds of tweens at the Justin Bieber book signing.
The singing sensation made an appearance at the Grove sporting some new thick-rimmed glasses to autograph copies of his new book First Step 2 Forever: My Story.
We're not sure if those specs were Justin's way of getting into the Halloween spirit, but they're pretty darn cute!
