When asked about her achievement Tim Burton's leading lady told the New York Daily News:
"It was a triumph! It made me laugh because I thought it was a joke when I found out. But when I saw the article, I thought, 'Oh, the photos they've chosen are as bad as the ones they print when I'm worst dressed'."
So how did someone like Helena Bonham Carter make the list?
Vanity Fair says their selections are based on "individual taste, not fashion trends".
There's no denying she's got individual taste, whether it's good or not is a whole other story.
