Designer's Death Officially Ruled A Homicide

The New York City medical examiner announced on Wednesday that designer Sylvie Cachay was murdered.
According to the autopsy report Cachay, who was found dead in a bathtub at New York's SoHo House earlier this month, "died of compression of her neck and drowning and that the manner of her death was homicide".
Boyfriend Nicholas Brooks is expected to be formally charged with attempted murder when he appears in court on January 4th.
