Calvin Klein seems to be getting a bit forgetful.

Turns out the fashion designer accidentally left his credit card behind at a restaurant last week.

Calvin was with his beau, 21-year-old Nick Gruber, at the Pearl Lounge at Beauty & Essex last Thursday in NYC.

The two were joined by the general manager of The Box before heading off to the club.

Klein was said to be celebrating after his New York Fashion Week women's runway show when he forgot the card. Though as of last check, sources reveal the card is still at the restaurant.

No worries though as we're guessing one of his people already cancelled it.
