Britney Spears Sued Over Botched Fragrance Deal
This stinks!
Brand Sense Partners is suing Britney Spears and dad Jamie Spears for $10 million after they allegedly cheated them out of profits from a fragrance deal.
The marketing company says in the lawsuit filed on Wednesday, they negotiated a deal with Elizabeth Arden in 2004 for BritBrit's fragrance collection, only to have it renegotiated by Jamie last year. By doing so, Brand Sense was cut out of their 35% commission.
So far, no comment from Team Britney.
