Margaret Thatcher’s iconic handbag will soon be going up for auction.
The handbag owned by the UK’s first female prime minister is expected to bring in over $150,000!
The Baroness donated the black Asprey to Christie’s as part of their celebrity charity auction which will take place on June 27th.
During her long term, Thatcher was rarely see without her handbag. In fact, the term "handbagging" was coined after her style of dealing with someone she didn’t like!
Let's hope the handbag sells for a lot. After all, it is for charity.
