Britney Spears Will Not Be Deposed In Fragrance Lawsuit

Britney Spears has won a small victory in her fragrance lawsuit!

As you may recall, Brand Sense demanded a judge order Britney to be deposed only to be denied!

A judge ruled on Monday the Femme Fatale doesn't have to do so because she's still under a conservatorship, which is what her lawyers were saying from the very beginning.

Obviously butt hurt over the ruling, Brand Sense plans to appeal.

Dolce & Gabbana Found GUILTY Of Tax Evasion! Sentenced To 20 Months In Prison!

There's no escaping the long arm of the law!

Years of court battles have ultimately culminated in a guilty verdict for designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana for tax evasion.

Judge Antonella Brambilla sentenced the designers to 20 months in prison (which is like a decade in fashion years!) following a three-hour jury meeting in a Milan court on Wednesday.

Of course, the designers and their legal team are expected to appeal since they've always maintained their innocence.

But even if they do end up getting thrown behind bars, will it really be so bad? Martha Stewart did her time and even got a very special poncho made for her by an inmate!

Maybe Domenico and Stefano will be allowed to take their sewing kits with them and make lace-trimmed shirts for their fellow inmates!

And who knows, they just might come out of the ordeal having experienced a thousand life-changing epiphanies and release a prison-inspired collection that will revolutionize the fashion industry!

Anything is possible!
