Vanessa Hudgens and her newly cropped 'do were spotted at an El Lay gas station on Tuesday to fill her Audi-mobile with gas.

The actress sashayed from the mini-mart to the pump in a see-thru dress (with a slip underneath), a navy jacket and chunky heels.

It's not a bad look, but what's up with that knot at the bottom of her dress?

If it's too long, get it hemmed! You have the money.
