Linda Evangelista Wants $46,000 A Month From Salma Hayek's Ex

Things are about to get nasty!

Linda Evangelista is asking her billionaire baby daddy Francois-Henri Pinault to pony up nearly $50,000 A MONTH in child support.

The supermodel said during last week's deposition she needs $46,000 each month to provide their 4 year old son Augustin James with round-the-clock nannies and gun carrying drivers.

The judge presiding over the case said the money Evangelista's requesting "would probably be the largest support order in the history of the Family Court" and aside from the $7500/mo in vacation expenses he understands why.

Support Magistrate Matthew Troy explained:

"These are the extraordinary expenses that may be a part of the child's life. And if there is a trial [in the support case] with a lot of publicity, there will probably be a need for two detectives to drive this kid around."

Inneresting.

Obviously, Pinault's lawyers are going to put up a fight because Linda is worth an estimated $8 million, which is chump change compared to Salma Hayek's husband's $11.5 billion empire.

The judge is expected to make a decision on the amount by next month.
