Amazon will be unveiling its new tablet tomorrow.
And along with the device, three of the largest magazine publishers will be selling their digital versions on the tablet.
Hearst, Conde Nast, and Meredith all have deals in place, with Time Inc being the only one left in negotiations.
One of the publishers reveals:
“You’ve got beauty and design with Apple, which we love. But with Amazon you have marketing, and ease of use. We’re very optimistic.”
The terms of the deal will be similar to that of Apple’s with the publishers keeping about 70% of all Amazon sales.
