Gap Hires Top Lawyer To Fight Kardashian Look-A-Like Suit

The gloves are off in the Old Navy vs. Kim Kardashian lawsuit!

As you'll recall, Kim's demanding the retailer pay her $15-20 million for using a look-a-like in one of their commercials, but they beg to differ.

The Gap, which owns Old Navy, says their advertisements are protected by the First Amendment and they've hired top intellectual property lawyer Louis Petrich to make their case.

For some added glitz, Her Madgesty accessorized with black onyx and diamond David Yurman cufflinks, a "M" ring and a Jacob & Co. white gold mesh glove covered in 17 carats of diamonds.
