Janice Dickinson is being sued for pulling a Naomi Campbell and hitting someone in the face with a cell phone. There's just one minor detail — the world's first supermodel wasn't even there.
Jill Gatsby says in her lawsuit it all went down last month while picking her son up at school. When Gatsby couldn't find any parking she moved some trashcans that were sitting in front of a home to make room for her car.
Not long after making the move, a woman aka not Janice Dickinson came outside and started getting aggressive. Rather than apologizing or moving the trashcans back, Jill took out her cell phone to record the incident only to have it ripped out of her hand and then smacked in the face with it.
The woman allegedly beat Gatsby, resulting in a concussion and a bad back injury.
So where does Janice Dickinson come into to this story?
According to the victim she had no idea who the woman was, but after doing a Google search she came to the conclusion it was Dickinson.
The good news is law enforcement says there's not evidence it was Janice and is not a suspect. Janice also issued a statement denying her involvement.
