Stella Pays Tribute To Her Mum With Second Scent

Stella McCartney is launching a second fragrance next year, but unlike the first there's a lot more meaning behind this one.
Stella's L.I.L.Y. stands for Linda I Love You, a nickname Paul McCartney gave her mum Linda McCartney.
"The name is also from the lily of the valley ingredient — I love it as a flower, and so did my mum — it’s delicate, feminine, innocent. It was part of my bridal bouquet. But I also wanted to explore its darker, more masculine side. It’s a woodland flower and I wanted to capture the roots and the earthy side of it."
Other notes that can be found in L.I.L.Y. include oak moss and truffle, which is a smell and taste McCartney finds "sexy".
Inneresting.
Stella's L.I.L.Y. will make it's debut worldwide in March with prices ranging between $60-$100.
