With the Golden Globes this weekend, the stars are busy getting ready to work that red carpet.

So just how do some of your favorite celebs prepare? Charlize Theron is apparently all about her facials.

The hottie hits up the Ole Henriksen Los Angeles spa and opts for a 50-minute Power Peel with microdermabrasion.

But for others, the main focus is their hair.

So Evan Rachel Wood applies Rene Furterer Karite Intense Nourishing Oil on her hair for 10 mins even day for almost a week before.

As for Michelle Williams, she likes to get her eyebrows done three days in advance to avoid any irritation or redness from occurring.
