Florence Welch did not go unnoticed at Monday night's Elle Style Awards in London.

The redheaded songbird waltzed down the red carpet in a printed Erdem dress and matching ankle strap pumps from the same S/S 2012 collection.

The dress we like, the shoes are OK, but we wish she did something with her hair.
