Gone are the days of a wilder Megan Fox, who once bragged over tattoos and seemingly aimed to shock for leisure in magazine spreads.
Now she's appeared to have risen above the rebellious phase and settled into a wiser seat while still maintaining her edge.
Gracing the March 2012 cover of Manhattan, we see her celebrating a more refined look for herself mixing Old Hollywood glamour with a modern twist.
Inside, she talks about the importance of biting her tongue every once in a while, noting that while she still stands up for what she believes in, it isn't always best to share her honesty every time she feels like it:
I’ll fight to death for something I believe in, and I’ll be completely honest—even when being completely honest is maybe not the wisest way to be. I’ve learned you can do yourself a disservice by being too honest too quickly.
She also discusses another important quality she's found in her career:
I’d rather be with good people in a bad movie than the other way around.
Of course, nobody thinks Friends With Kids, which stars Megan and Kristen Wiig, is going to be horrible.
We're looking forward to seeing if this new-found maturity lasts.
What do U think of Megan?
