We've got good and bad news for Alexander Wang.
The good news is the $450 million labor lawsuit against him has stalled. The bad news, however, is the lawsuit is moving to federal court.
On Thursday Wenyu Lu's lawyers filed a motion with the Queens Supreme Court to discontinue the case and plans to refile in Federal Court with a new lawyer who specializes in labor law.
In other not so good news for Wang and his brother Dennis, another employee Flor Duante has come forward claiming she too was forced to work 90 hour weeks only to be fired when she filed for workers comp.
Wang continues to firmly deny the allegations, saying "The claims of sweatshop conditions were completely and utterly untrue in every respect."
Which side do U believe???
