Gay Teen Sues School Over T-Shirt Threat!

What better reason to use fashion than for expressing yourself and your beliefs?
That's exactly what a gay Ohio high school student was doing when he was threatened with suspension for wearing a shirt promoting tolerance!!!
16-year-old Maverick Couch recently filed a lawsuit against his school, suing them for violating his freedom of expression!
…And rightly so!
The shirt, which had the phrase,"Jesus Is Not a Homophobe," was deemed "sexual in nature" and inappropriate by school officials!!
In the lawsuit filed, Couch is seeking permission to wear the shirt to school as well as unspecified damages.
Way to go, Maverick! We are proud of you for standing up for your rights!!!
