Vera Wang may be on the top of the fashion game, but there’s another player in the family she’d rather not talk about…her dad C.C. Wang.

For 30 years, C.C. kept a mistress and treated her like a queen! He did everything from sending her on expensive trips, buying her a Park Avenue apartment and giving her a black Amex. But the one thing he never gave her was respect.

After the death of his wife in 2004, Betty Phillips tried to marry the oil tycoon and become "an honorable Chinese lady", but he never said yes.

That same year Phillips flew in from Singapore to visit Wang after his second stroke, only to be denied. Instead, Betty was handed a legal document outlying the terms of a very one-sided nasty deal: no will, no money, no wedding. EVER.

The letter is SO COLD, it literally makes Christie Brinkley's ex, Peter Cook look like a SAINT!

Here are some HIGHlights:

“Set forth for you my understanding of our relationship, I have told my children and by this letter I am making it absolutely clear to you as I did in the past, that I have no intention of marrying you and that under no circumstance whatsoever will we ever be married to each other.

Further, I have already adequately provided for you financially and there will be no further financial transfers from me to you. Please confirm that you waive any claim of any kind or nature against me, my family or my estate.”

Phillips ultimately signed the harsh breakup letter, but when Wang died in 2006 and left behind an estate worth $120 million she challenged it in court.

Not only did she say she was forced into signing the letter, she also claims she made a verbal agreement with her lover that entitled her to $10 million plus $150,000 each year.

Suuuure.

Judge Anthony Scarpino ended up ruling against Betty, writing in court papers:

“There is no proof she was forced to sign the letter. It’s clear that C.C. was very generous to her. She has not proven by clear and convincing evidence that he was obligated to provide a fund for her support.”

Don't feel completely bad for Betty. Before passing away Wang gifted her $2 million because he felt bad about his harsh letter (below).

Who do U think is right?!!
