Max Azria is finally addressing the $200 million lawsuit he's facing over a bogus condom deal.
The head of BCBG released a statement slamming Jimmy Esebag, the guy who's suing him, because he too has been sued for fraud by other business partners over Playboy condom deals.
The statement goes on to say the allegation made in the suit about the lead-filled BCBG clothing sold at Walmart is completely inaccurate, but didn't clarify what the inaccuracies were.
As for how Max feels about the whole ordeal, he's confident he will come out victorious just like he did in a previous arbitration relating to these condoms.
Sounds a little premature to us. Ha.
