We wonder if the company CEO also volunteered!
That's right, volunteer as in "free!"
Not cool. Especially since many salaried employees already work longer than 40 hours a week without getting paid more.

The Sports Illustrated cover girl was determined to be at fashion's biggest night of the year and since Vogue's editor-in-chief approves every name on the guest list she had to choice but to go to the gatekeeper herself.
"She told Anna she would really like to attend. Then she offered to pay for her own ticket. Kate then whipped out her checkbook and paid the $25,000 for her seat. Anna took the check on the spot."
Tickets to the event cost $25,000 so Upton's just paying the same price anyone else would to attend. As for the money, it actually helps finance the Costume Institute’s annual expenses and not Anna's bank account.
We hope it's worth every penny.
