Madonna Sued Over Truth Or Dare Fragrance Logo!
Madonna may wanna get her lawyer on the phone because there's a stinky legal battle a brewin'!!
An Australian artist has filed a lawsuit accusing Her Madgesty of ripping off his M logo and slapping it on the front of her Truth or Dare fragrance bottle and packaging.
RJ Williams claims the symbol looks a little too much like the the one he's used for the past 8 years and even trademarked in 2011.
We'd like to know the date he filed that trademark since Madonna revealed her fragrance bottle with the M logo in November.
RJ has already fired off a letter to her agent Guy Oseary making some outrageous demands like asking for all the profits from the sale of the fragrance. He also wants Madonna to sign a licensing agreement, but only if she wants to keep using the M.
So far, Madge's camp have yet to respond, but we have a feeling this about to get cray.
