Kelly Osbourne Keeps Things Simple For The Miss USA Pageant

Kelly Osbourne was in Las Vegas on Sunday night to provide commentary for the Miss USA Pageant.
Rather than upstaging the contestants, the Fashion Policewoman dressed glamorously down in a Badgley Mischka Couture gown with an embellished neckline, rings by Todd Reed for Palladium, and Norman Silverman earrings.
Kelly polished off her pageant look with flawless makeup and pulling her lavender locks up into a simple, but stylish top knot.
