Deets On Sofia Vergara's Engagement Ring!

Remember we reported that Nick Loeb got down on one knee and proposed to the seksi Sofia Vergara on her 40th birthday at a Mexican resort?

Three days have passed since the Modern Family actress has been rockin' the HUGE diamond on her finger, and we finally got the low down on what the ring looks like.

The 8 carat sparkler came from Manhasset, NY jeweler Two by London, and was designed by Nick and store owner Scott Udell.

Udell said of the ring:

"I worked with Nick personally to design the ring, and we tried to make it a reflection of Sofia. It is a beautiful three-stone ring. The center stone is square, a 7-carat cushion-cut diamond. It has two diamonds on the side, and the brilliance of the three stones together makes it look like a 10-carat ring."

Dayum!

Apparently, the bling is worth several hundred thousand dollars, but the starlet has yet to officially accept Nick's proposal.

Huh?!?

With a rock like that, we would figure Sofia would jump on the opportunity as fast as possible.

Guess having a nice piece of jewelry doesn't mean you have to say YES right away.
