Pro-Poker Player Beth Shak Will Keep Her Shoes!

Beth Shak has saved her soles!
The pro-poker player went toe to toe with her ex-husband Daniel Shak in a Pennsylvania courtroom on Tuesday to battle over her $1 million designer shoe collection.
The two divorced over three years ago, but Daniel believed he's entitled to 35% of it because she never told him about it.
Beth fought stiletto and wedge for her shoes, telling Judge Ronda Daniele she accumulated the 1,200 pairs due to a "sickness". She explained:
"There was such a lack of emotion and love in my relationship that I filled that void with shopping. I was shopping endlessly, I couldn’t stop. He would always say, ‘I’m busy! Leave me alone! Just go shopping or something!’ And I would give in and just go do it…I tried to get him to go to therapy with me. But it just didn’t work. I was so unhappy with my marriage that all I did was shop. There was nothing to our relationship. He and I had nothing."
And now he still has nothing because after hearing hours of testimony, the ex-hedge fund manager realized the lawsuit was far from a shoe-in, and decided to drop the case.
The judge was happy to oblige, and thanked him for "wasting everybody's time".
Once the case was dismissed Beth walked her $700 pair of YSL pumps outside and told the press "it was pretty obvious he knew he was going to lose" and "he looked like a buffoon."
At least she’s out of a bad situation with her “sole” intact!
