It's always hard to say goodbye.
Consultant for Tommy Hilfiger, Peter Som, is leaving the label after three years and five seasons of wonderful fashion.
According to reports, the designer won't be lending his insights on the brand's women's runway and accessory spring 2013 collections, and will be replaced by an in-house team.
Apparently, the decision to part ways was mutual.
Som spoke out on the parting:
“It was a pleasure getting to know Tommy personally, and an honor to work with him—he has been a wonderful mentor. I look forward to focusing on my own business and the other opportunities I have ahead of me."
We wish nothing but the best to both parties, and we're sure everyone is going to do well.
Let's just hope the next person that fills Peter's shoes is just as talented!
