MTV’s House of Style, one of the original fashion reality TV shows, is making a return this October!
Previously, the show that gave behind-the-scenes peeks of designers like Todd Oldham and John Galliano, was also hosted by various models from Cindy Crawford to Bar Refaeli. Unfortch, it was cancelled in 2000, briefly revived in 2009, then went kaput again.
But now it’s back!
“House of Style is deeply rooted in celebrating and drawing energy from our audience’s mix-and-match love of fashion, music and pop culture.”
The new House of Style host or hostess will be announced during the MTV Video Music Awards on September 6, and filming will begin during fashion week. The first episode will air on October 9th.
There will also be a documentary called House of Style: Music, Models and MTV airing on August 7 which includes old footage and photos that were never used on the other shows.
This is such great news, because let's be honest, you can never have enough fashion reality TV!
