Converse Creates Chuck Taylors With Looks From 7 Countries

Country pride just got a Converse makeover!

The shoe brand recently launched a limited-edition Chuck Taylor collection inspired from 7 different countries, and they are just way too cool.

With the London Olympics coming at us this weekend, the footgear was right in time to help rep for our hood.

Converse splatted the kicks with flags from the U.S., Jamaica, Brazil, Italy, United Kingdom, China, and Germany, and are currently available at Converse.com for only $75!

Vice Magazine Attempts To Turn Famous Suicides Into A Glamorous Fashion Spread

There's a VERY fine line between art and a totally tasteless portrayal of suicide, and Vice magazine definitely straddled it with a fashion spread called "Last Words" in the their Women in Fiction issue.

The spread features models reenacting the suicides of famous writers, including Virginia Woolf, Dorothy Parker (who attempted suicide several times but ultimately died of a heart attack at 73), Charlotte Perkins Gilman, Sylvia Plath, Taiwanese author Sanmao, historian Iris Chang, and poet Elise Cowen.
