Virgin Airlines Sues I Am Not A Virgin Jeans

Because we’re apparently too dumb to tell the difference.
Richard Branson, owner of Virgin Airlines, is suing a New York based jeans company I Am Not A Virgin over the naming rights for “Virgin.”
Branson claims that when people see "Virgin" on the clothing store, they will associate that with Virgin Airlines, but IANAV's Peter Heron thinks it's a bunch of rubbish.
As far as we know, there’s a difference between “virgin” and “not a virgin,” just like airlines and jeans aren’t the same. It will be interesting to see how this one plays out.
