Gucci Announces Their Women In Cinema Awards Nominees

Because last year's festival was such a success, Gucci will once again honor the brightest stars in showbiz at the 2nd annual Gucci Women in Cinema Awards during the Venice International Film Festival next month!

Creative director Frida Giannini and Zoe Saldana will have the honor of choosing this year's winner and the competition is stiff!

This year's nominees include Colleen Atwood, the costume designer for Snow White and the Huntsman, Nadine Labaki, who directed Where Do We Go Now?, Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy, director of Saving Face, actress Brit Marling and Hugo editor, Thelma Schoonmaker.

The winner will be announced on August 31st and we can't wait to see who takes home the prize!
