As if wearing lingerie wasn't already scary enough!!!
Agent Provocateur's latest commercial is so I Know What You Did Last Summer that we were waiting for Freddie Prinze Jr., Sarah Michelle Gellar and Jennifer Love Hewitt to show up for the frightful lingerie scene.
The Fleurs du Mal clip (above) features a woman in a white nightgown receiving a phone call, and later getting dragged through her home by four lingerie-clad vixens that transform her into one of them.
We think the commercial is a bit soft core porn and fabulous, but the Advertising Standards Authority is viewing things differently because they've asked the scandalous bit to be removed from their website.
The watchdog group explained:
“Because of the sexually graphic, and at times distressing, nature of the video and the potential for children to share a web-link relatively easily we concluded that it was unsuitable for display on an openly-accessible website where it might be viewed by children.”
Because God forbid parents actually monitor their children's Internet use!
The label's spokesperson recognized the issue and responded:
"Agent Provocateur understands that not all of its content will be appreciated by every viewing audience and out of respect to this one complaint have decided to put a brief warning before this particular video to ensure viewers are alerted to its content. Our customers are incredibly important to us and whilst we do not wish to offend we do hope to provoke – something the majority of our customers value us for."
It appears as if the video isn't going anywhere right now, but before it gets stripped down, take a look for yourself (above).
But remember not to answer your phone when it rings, unless you want to be crept on by five HOT beauties!
