A woman returning to the UK after an exotic Moroccan vacation was stopped by Cardiff Airport customs officers after discovering her iguana handbag, complete with head and feet.
The iguana is just one of the many animals on Britain's endangered species list, which makes it illegal to bring any items made from that animal back into the country.
The assistant director of Wales' Border Force, Alex Lawther, said:
"My message to holidaymakers is simple - don’t do it… Just because you can legally buy an item while on holiday abroad, it does not mean you can bring it back to the UK.”
We're not sure what's worse, the woman's terrible sense of fashion or the fact a poor iguana was killed and then made into a heinous bag.
