Amanda Bynes' Blonde Ambition Fails

Miley Cyrus did it soooo much better.

Amanda Bynes looked like, dare we say, a hot mess whilst out running errands in El Lay on Tuesday afternoon.

Okay, maybe that's a bit harsh for the troubled young star, but we've definitely seen better days from Miz Bynes.

She looked a bit disheveled with her newly bleached blonde hair and provocative outfit, aka short black leopard cutoffs showing off her bruised legs, and a revealing top that barely covered her high-sitting girls.

She also had a look of worry and panic as she walked out of the local CVS Pharmacy.

Oh, Amanda. We're in your corner, girl. We just want the best for you.
