This is a cause we can totally get behind!
DKNY is the newest company to link up with Lauren Bush Lauren and Project FEED!
For this partnership, DKNY has designed a survival tote, for $220, a diaper bag and changing pad, for $220, and rain boots, for $115, and each item provides a different type of relief.
Buying the tote will give 100 children emergency food, while the diaper bag provides micronutrient powder to a mother and a child for a year, and the rain boots give 25 kids emergency food.
"To partner with DKNY and do it in a fun and fashionable way is great for us. The goal of designing this was to match the DKNY aesthetic, which is black and city and working girl, with the FEED aesthetic, which is more rugged, and kind of worn."
She went on to say it’s about more than "city survival." Its about "where the food is going."
You can get the new gear at Bloomingdale’s or online.
