Modeling Camp For Tweens: Good Or Bad???

| Filed under: Kate MossWacky, Tacky & TrueFashion SmashionModelsNaomi Campbell

Tween girls who dream of being the next Kate Moss or Naomi Campbell are getting a leg up on their competition and attending the hot new trend in summer camp: modeling camp.

For $999, girls age 12-18 can enroll in Modeling Camp NYC, a week-long program geared towards teaching aspiring models almost everything they need to know about the biz.

The curriculum includes modeling essentials like runway walking, makeup application, and camera engagement but the camp refuses to acknowledge things like eating disorders, drug use and underage exploitation.

Because everybody knows the modeling world is nothing but rainbows and unicorns!

If camps are going to teach girls about to make it in the industry, they should take an all or nothing approach, don't cha think?
