They're no ruby slippers, but they're still pretty damn cool!
Designer Dominic Wilcox is making Wizard of Oz dreams come true by making GPS-enabled footwear.
The wearer's destination is uploaded to the shoe via USB and with a click of the heel your journey down the
yellow brick road sidewalk begins!
The right shoe features an LED progress bar that starts with one red light at the beginning and ends on the green light when you arrive.
The correct direction to walk is shown on the left shoe with the illumination of one of the LED’s on the circle.
If you're one of the many people who lose their way, Wilcox' shoes are only a prototype.
Maybe some day Glinda the Good Witch can wave her magic wand and have them mass produced!
