Katy Perry Casts Her Ballot In Style

Katy Perry gave Barack Obama a vote of confidence while performing at a campaign rally in Las Vegas on Wednesday.

The Wide Awake songstress took the stage in Doolittle Park wearing a Democrat blue skirt suit while singing into a Statue of Liberty torch microphone.

After warming up the crowd with Let's Stay Together, Katy's backup dancers unzipped her to reveal a white latex dress with two boxes, one for Obama and the other for Mitt Romney.

Since the rally was for POTUS, we think it's pretty obvious which candidate got her vote.

Vice Magazine Attempts To Turn Famous Suicides Into A Glamorous Fashion Spread

There's a VERY fine line between art and a totally tasteless portrayal of suicide, and Vice magazine definitely straddled it with a fashion spread called "Last Words" in the their Women in Fiction issue.

The spread features models reenacting the suicides of famous writers, including Virginia Woolf, Dorothy Parker (who attempted suicide several times but ultimately died of a heart attack at 73), Charlotte Perkins Gilman, Sylvia Plath, Taiwanese author Sanmao, historian Iris Chang, and poet Elise Cowen.
