Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe introduced their new beauty line, Khroma Beauty, earlier this year, and now, they're being accused of stealing the title of the fancy makeup line, Chroma Beauty.
Co-owner of Chroma Beauty, Michael Rey shared his thoughts on the situation, saying:
"[The brand took] 12 years of blood, sweat and tears to build."
But not only that, Rey's target audience is full of A-listers, and since the Kardashians are set to sell their range in stores like, Sears, CVS and Ulta, he's fearing that his customers will be embarrassed to say they wear Chroma.
So far, he sent out a letter to his customers stating that his beauty brand is not affiliated with the "low-budget cosmetic products" the ladies are getting ready to sell, and also hired a legal team to be on stand by if they don't change the name.
However, Michael has not made any contact with the starlets, but if they don't do anything about their title, he is more than ready to take them to the courthouse!
Dang, this is going to get good, especially because the Kardashians were boasting their Kardazzle Compacts for the holidays, which are part of Khroma Beauty, and now, they might have to modify everything!!!
