Kim, Khloe and Kourtney aren't sweating it when it comes to high-end beauty brand Chroma's legal threats — an it's not because their makeup is sweat-proof.
As we mentioned earlier, co-owner Michael Rey wants the Kardashians to change the name of their soon-to-be-launched drugstore line, Khroma Beauty, because he thinks it'll cheapen his products.
However, the Kardashians believe since he never registered his brand's name, Rey won't stand a change in court.
But the sisters K shouldn't be celebrating just yet, because trademarks don't need to be registered to file a dispute, and they could potentially be sued by another beauty line, Kroma, which DID file a trademark in 2010.
Sounds like even though the Kardashians may have some weapons up their
dresses sleeves, they're still going to face some hurdles to get their name to be the last one standing!!
Let the best beauty brand win!!!
