Brazilian Model Turns Hurricane Sandy Destruction Into A Photo Op

One person’s devastation is another model’s backdrop if you’re Nana Gouvea.

The Brazilian Playboy model was in New York City when Hurricane Sandy hit, and while most residents were putting their lives back together, Nana saw it as an opportunity to model.

Her husband, Carlos Keyes, snapped pictures of her on destroyed cars, in front of fallen trees and just overall turmoil. She then posted them on her Facebook in an album called Hurricane Sandy!!! Furacao Sandy!!!

Since the internet is a wonderful place, people quickly called her out on this, but better yet, have Photoshopped her into various different disaster pictures.

There are even entire Tumblrs dedicated to these superimposed images of Nana at various historical and disastrous events.

Instead of realizing that she’d made an offensive faux pas, Nana has been proudly linking to all of these on her Facebook.

We’re expecting a new album from her soon called, I’m a Model, Idiot! which will probably feature Chris Brown since he’s equally as insensitive.
