We guess one just wasn't enough!
While Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian's upcoming make-up line, Khroma Beauty, has already been threatened with legal action from a Beverly Hills company called Chroma over the alleged name theft, they can now be considered the LEAST of the reality starlets' worries!
Another company called Kroma have fired off a cease-and-desist letter to the ladies, and as they already filed documents with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office back in January, they have the legal rights to the name!
Furthermore, Khroma's request for patent was DENIED by the offices back in September, solely on the grounds that it was TOO similar to the previously-filed Kroma!
Insiders have revealed that reps for BOTH companies have met in hopes to settle the trademark dispute, but as they were unable to come to an agreement, Kroma is now taking the matter to court!
Sounds to us like things are about to get UGLY!
Too bad for the Chroma folks, though! Can't really fight a previously established patent!
P.S. Who else is getting a headache trying to keep track of all of these make-up lines? YEESH!
