We’ve been anticipating this one like crazy!
The adaptation of Victor Hugo’s classic Les Misérables is set to hit theaters on Christmas Day, but for those of us who can’t bear to wait any longer, Vogue is giving us a little taste in their December issue.
Thank you, fashion gods!
The entire cast, including Anne Hathaway, Amanda Seyfried, Eddie Redmayne, Russell Crowe, and Hugh Jackman pose as their characters for Annie Liebovitz’s famed lens.
The lighting, color scheme and set design of the shoot evoke the feelings of gloom and despair that haunt the characters, but there is also a sense of hope among the shadows.
Amanda Seyfried, who plays Cosette, told the magazine:
“The whole thing is really one big love story. There’s something about Les Mis that makes everyone see the world differently.”
Mark our words, this movie is going to be huge!
Check out the rest of the cast portraits (below)! Thoughts???
