Let the slapping continue!!!
Lynn Tesoro, the woman famously slapped at Zac Posen's fashion show, has made good on her million dollar lawsuit threat by officially filing papers with the New York Supreme Court.
In the suit, the PR executive charges Marie-José Susskind-Jalou with battery, libel against her daughter Jennifer Eymere and assault and slander against Susskind-Jalou, Eymere and her other daughter Vanessa Bellugeon.
Eymere, however, downplayed the entire thing in court papers, stating:
"It was a small slap. It was not strong. I didn’t hurt her, it was just to humiliate her. She humiliated my mom, and I humiliated her in front of her crew. Voilà. I just said at the end, 'Now you know you don’t f–k with French people.'"
Tesoro calls BS on the whole thing, saying "it was not a small slap, but a hard one". Tesoro also claims she was not only physically harmed, but their loud and offensive berating in front of the show's attendees left her humiliated and damaged her business.
So far no comment from either of the defendants.
